30+ years experience with architectural and facilities CAD drawings. Architectural, structural, MEP, flow and P&ID schematics, electrical schematics and machined parts or assemblies. Standard detail and symbol libraries are also available or can be custom created as requested. Available to create “as-built” drawings and floor plans from existing plans or hand sketches. AutoCAD drawings can be provided electronically in any of the following formats: .dwg, .dxf or .pdf. Supplied scanned raster electronic files or paper hard copies of drawings will be 100% manually converted to vector CAD files (no scanning or vectorizing with conversion software). Original documents will be drafted as full-scale 1:1, dimensionally accurate and layered per industry standards or client standards. Final drawing size will be determined from sketch or mark-up density and complexity.
