My skill with AUTOCAD is at advance level, my main job is as Piping Designer.
I usually doing piping routing through project layout and generate isometric drawing, bill of quantity, etc.
I can do many AUTOCAD based job quickly and accurately.
I can do any mechanical or civil drawing too, both in 2D and 3D.
If you want any 3D printer ready file, I can provide it also for you as .stl file from autocad based drawing, so it will maintain the precicion.
