• Over 8 years of experience in the IT industry as a QA / Automation Engineer, primarily working in the financial services domain, with in-depth working knowledge of agile methodology. • Excellent acquaintance with Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) with comprehensive knowledge of requirement gathering/analysis, test estimation and test delivery. • Experience worked in agile methodology projects. • Strong automation skills using testing tools like QTP/UFT and implementing test automation framework for client side, middle and backend system. • Experience with creation of test artifices like test plan, test strategy, test scripts, test cases, test summary, defect reports, etc. • Experience of working in Test Managements tools like ALM, QC, RQM and RTC. • Experience of working in Continuous Integration tool Jenkins. • Good knowledge of object oriented programming and ability to develop POCs. • Mentored other teams on automation and conducted trainings. • Experience in leading onsite/offshore teams, having strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Quick learner and good aptitude, reasoning and analytical skills. • Well versed with reporting mechanisms (daily/weekly/monthly status reports) to project stakeholders.
