Create weekly disbursement schedule from bank accounts to report funds availability to cover incoming payments.
Collects W-9 from vendors and updates vendor profile for proper 1099 tracking.
Posting incoming bills and payments.
Performs balance sheet and income statement analysis and investigate material variance which maybe due to incorrect posting.
