I have 17 years in the Wellness Industry as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I hold a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Health and Business concentration. I am currently a graduate student pursuing a Master's in Health Care Administration. I have maintained a personal blog that does deviate from wellness topics on occasion but wellness is the central aim. I have assisted the start up and opening of a professional massage therapy program at the community college level under the direction of the cosmetology department.
