I've been a Special Education teacher and Behaviorist for the past twenty years. During this time, I've developed a variety of skills to aid and improve children's behavior. I have aquired most of my knowledge through courses, training, as well as, hands-on experience. I am confident in what I do, because year after year, I have obtained results. For the past ten years, I've also supported families, teachers, and administrators in creating specific behavior plans for children with challenging behaviors.
