I am a seasoned researcher in bioinformatics, specifically human genomics and transcriptomics. I formulate research questions, postulate bioinformatics solutions, carry out analysis and write up results and make publication-tier figures. I have written successful grants and published many peer-reviewed scientific articles. I have dealt with transcription arrays, RNAseq, ChIP-seq, WES, WGS, and gene panels, investigating differential gene expression, SNV, CNV, and their relation to disease/phenotype/pharmacokinetics, using association analysis or mendelian genetics in trios. I was part of the CAP accreditation process in my previous work place.
