3. I have a smooth hand on software's like Buildium, AppFolio, QuickBooks, Zoho and other MS tools like Spreadsheets

4. I have a good knowledge with categorization of accounts and expenses on previous employment.

5. I am a detailed oriented person and organized person which means your finances are safe with me. Nothing will be missed.
