I am a certified public accountant with over 8 years of accounting expertise in accounts receivable (order to cash). I can help you accomplish your daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliations. I am skilled in the following: 

- SAP and microsoft office proficient with over 8 years of experience 

- Xero advisor certified and Xero payroll certified with knowledge in Australian taxation, bookkeeping, and payroll

- experience in creating bills, reconciling payments, and invoicing including sales order creation, credit notes creation and cancellations

- experience in collection including banking/cash allocations and direct debits

- general administrative duties such as email management: ensuring the emails are actioned in a prompt and efficient manner, follow ups are made, and are filed in the correct folders

- experience in process improvements and documentations

- excellent customer service skills and experience in communicating with customers via conference call and email respondence

- experience in providing assistance in answering medium to difficult emails and escalations 

- detail-oriented, knows how to prioritize tasks, and can work with limited supervision

- I also know how to manage a social media account in facebook so if you have one, I can help you with it.
