Bookkeeping and Payroll Admin Officer

Bookkeeping Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record financial transactions in ledgers and accounting software.
  • Maintain and update financial records, including receipts, invoices, and bank statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
  • Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices for clients and vendors.
  • Handle payroll-related tasks, including processing employee salaries, deductions, and taxes.


Payroll Administration:

  • Administer and process payroll in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and wages to employees.
  • Calculate and deduct appropriate taxes, benefits, and other withholdings from employee pay.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
  • Address and resolve any payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
