  • 30-min interview with founder/team (I’ll guide questions).
  • Deliverable: Brand strengths/gaps document.

Day 3: External Insights (2 Hours)

Your Role: Share (if available):


  • Customer reviews/surveys.
  • Competitor links you admire (or dislike).
  • Deliverable: Audience/competitor insights summary.

Day 4: Strategy Workshop (2 Hours)

Your Role: Collaborative session to:
