Absolutely brilliant. Devon was conscientous, timely and effective under a fast deadline request for 3 pages to be submitted to a private label magazine in less than 3 days. I initially chose her for her design competence, but believe that her skills, while wonderful, are exceeded by her customer service. She called me at 11:00 PM to help finish last minute touches by a midnight deadline. And, when I hit a glitch in delivery of the files, she executed on my behalf and in my absence without penalty. As with all professionals, they are better served by an organized plan, a creative design strategy with goals and milestones, etc. but I had simply no time in the current project. I just e-mailed what I wanted, sent the text and photos and said "you decide". With little or no input, she went to the originating magzine, pulled text and tone for continuity, designed a color scheme around the fall issue and delivered asap. The magazine called me at delivery of the files to say the technical team had received them and said "she has a talented designer"..."can we use her for others".... YES! Wholeheartly, I endorse her. Just try to give Devon as much time, input and details as possible to avoid conflicts in expectation. I give her 5 stars!
