    Ken and his associates were hired to create an Microsoft Access Database for us to manage visitors to our museum. He is accessible by phone and e-mail and has excellent communication skills. The database he created manages payments, invoices, schedules it on our calendar with one click, e-mails confirmations, and produces reports in one easy to use design. There were some edits that needed to happen to work out the kinks but he stuck with the project until it worked 100% and fulfilled the requirements as we described in our project description.
