1. Experience in Consulting, Requirement Gathering, Presenting Proposals, Business Analysis, Reporting, User Stories, Implementation and Testing in multiple domains. 2. Possess good experience of converting project requirements into Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) and Software Requirement Specification (SRS). 3. Extensive experience in creating User Stories/Epics in Agile-Scrum Software Development, and building Business Process Flow Charts, Mock-ups/Wireframes. 4. Strong interest in Quality Testing and Continuous Improvement. Understanding of all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and SDLC methodologies such as Agile. 5. Experience in working with Project Management and Collaboration Tools ‘JIRA’ and ‘Confluence’. 6. Experience working with SQL (Structured Query Language), basic Excel and XML. Proficient with creating Test Plans and Use Cases. 7. Experience in multiple domains viz., Healthcare, eCommerce and Background Screening. 8. Experience in Gap Analysis, creating user strategies and activities throughout the UAT phase. 9. Instrumental in ensuring a successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Supporting Beta Testing and participating in testing the product at development stage to ensure that it has been developed as per the business rules specified. 10. Acting as a liaison between clients and technical teams throughout the SDLC, and ensuring that the business requirements were clearly and unambiguously communicated to the IT team. 11. Possess excellent analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
