• I have more than 9 years of experience in Sales&Marketing (SEO, copywriting, Social media, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, email marketing, CRM Pipedrive, WordPress, Newsletter, etc.)
• I have experience of more than 5 years as a Project Manager (I have finished a PMP course and a Business Analysis course); I have worked with Jira, Atlassian, Monday.com and Airtable.
• I had my own business (a translation agency) for more than 3 years, in which I coordinated a team of around 100 translators. I was directly responsible for the quality of the work they delivered. I became experienced in knowing my team really well and spotting quickly who is underperforming. 
• I have been Business Developer in an architecture company, and some of my tasks were to work together with the team, to optimize the Project Management and increase the billability rate.
• In the last 2 years, I worked as a freelancer in different projects like a Business consultant for e-commerce stores for German and Romanian markets, Business developer & Project Manager for different startups, SEO specialist for different digital marketing agencies like Dentsu or Goswissdesign (Switzerland) etc.
