Client – PI Industries India (CRM, PPMS & Finance) PPMS (Project Planning & Management System): PI Industries are pioneer in Pharma industries, with 5000+ Cr of Annual Revenues. Objective of the project to provide project management solutions, which can map their manual process to IT based automated system. System was capable of handling WBS, Project Objectives/Milestones, Subtasks of Projects, Different project stages such as Product feasibility, R&D, Bench scales, KL Scales, TT Trials & Production. System handles all work deliverables, approvals, reminders, reports & business analytics. CRM Module: To provide CRM module to handle sales, opportunities, campaign, customer management & presales activities. PI Industries are involved and full fledge promotional & B2B sales activities. Finance: Integration of financial activities such as Payables, Receivables, Payments, Receipts, Chart of accounts, Cost-centers, Financial reconciliation, Exports, Customs & various financial reports such as P&L,TDS, Financial Ratios. Client – Dabur India (PPIC & SCM) PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control System): Sai Life science is another rapidly emerging drug manufacturing industry. PPIC module resolves the most prevailing and complex Machine Scheduling Problems. Where system provided capability to allocate machines for existing and new projects, different SCM (Supply Chain Management): Module was enhanced to manage the Raw material procurement, consumption and management. Automate the purchase request and cost estimations. Enabling workflows between different management levels to expedite the as is process. Raising Indents (Purchase Requests), Pos & Goods receipts tracking against vendors. Providing product pricing, product expiry & product management. Requirement was mapped and delivered on Oracle Enterprise Solution
