Roles & Responsibilities

- Experience in end-to-end project management including project planning, scoping, estimation, status tracking & ensuring implementation and successful project delivery as per the agreed deadlines.

- Requirement Elicitation: Finalizing & prioritizing the project requirements.

- Strategizing project scoping document, to clearly communicate the project roadmap and send it to the clients for their approval.

- Creating functional specifications, BRD, SRS, RUD & business analysis documents.

- Handling daily client communication and ensuring smooth delivery of all project modules.
