Business Analyst

$15/hr Starting at $25

Half-finished ideas cost you time and money. Your developers guess what you meant, they build the wrong thing, and you pay again to fix it.

I take fuzzy ideas and turn them into clear, written instructions your team can actually build from. I'm a Business Analyst who started out testing software, so I write those instructions knowing exactly how they'll be checked later.

I help SaaS companies, startups, and small agencies with:

Clear requirements — I write down exactly what needs to be built, in plain terms your developers can follow without coming back to you with a dozen questions.

Process mapping — I map out how your work flows today and how it should flow, so the gaps, bottlenecks, and broken handoffs show up on paper before they cost you weeks.

Testing before launch — I write and run the checks that confirm a feature actually works the way real users will use it. Because I came from testing, I catch the problems that slip past everyone else.

I also take testing work on its own: writing test steps, running them by hand, reporting what's broken, and confirming the fixes hold. It's where I started, and it's still how I think.

What makes this different is that most analysts stop once the requirements are written. I don't. Because I've spent real time testing software, I write instructions already knowing how they'll be proven out. That closes the gap between what you asked for and what actually gets delivered.

When an idea needs a quick visual to make sense of it, I'll sketch a simple screen layout, too.

My background: testing and business analysis at QNE Philippines, a business software company, plus project management and design work. I've been on both sides: writing the plan and testing the result.
