I am a semi retired professional with a finance and legal and legal background obtained while living in New York City. I am now living in my home state of Maine caring for an elderly Parent. While living and working in NYC, I was employed at several brokerage firms and also had a successful consulting business working on various projects. I also had a trading business, still active, trading in options, futures, currencies and equities. I acquired many skills in NYC, including accounting, risk management, financial analysis, proofreading and editing financial and legal documentation, programming, compliance, and have a thorough knowledge of the financial industry and also it`s history. I acquired several licenses and have been employed in the legal, trading and operations areas of the finance business. I worked on several systems conversions and have given many lectures and have taught many classes. I also am knowledgeable about United States history and have a great interest in politics, past and present. I have also studies the Constitution and Declaration of Independence.
