I am a business and IT project manager with a technical background and 20 years of working experience. Within a short span of 5 years in ASTRO (Malaysia satellite broadcasting company), I have delivered many high profile projects namely new product rollout, IPTV, Service Tax, Collections, SMS Gateway, Billing, CRM, Re-pricing and transformation projects, involving internal operations, vendors as well as customers. Backed by a master in Computer Engineering, I have also spent over 10 years in process and software engineering work related to process improvements, quality assurance, 6 sigma implementation, software engineering lifecycle management etc. He has also implemented application systems such as ePOS, e-HR and integration of front-end and back-end systems namely Point of Sales, Bonus & Commission calculations, Distributor & Stockist management, Inventory Management, Online Store, E-Wallet, Promotion and Campaign, Self-Service Portal, etc.
