As a university lecturer, I developed courses on Psychology of Management and Organizational Behavior for Master’s and MBA students, I read lectures with a combination of training, role games and seminars. As a consultant, I consulted small and middle businesses according to their requests on the development of personnel, effective marketing strategies. Supervised and trained clients’ personnel in sales, negotiations, stress-management, persuasion techniques, anger-management methods in groups and one-on-one. Wrote articles for professional newspapers and magazines on HR, business management and psychology topics. Created marketing strategies on the Internet and offline to increase the number of clients and profit. As a manager and a salesperson, I created an effective system of sales due to the reduction of clients’ expenses for expendables using testing materials, matching them and teaching clients’ personnel to use them in the most optimal way, which resulted in 300% growth of net profit.
