1. Strategic planning and business development services The following successes have been chalked; -Designed specialized product aimed at profitability and widening market share of various SMEs in Ghana with accumulated profit of GH¢1,000,000.00 (US$230,000.00) within ten months. -Analyzed various SMEs borrowing causes to determine specific financial gap based on operational cycle or capital investment cycle, such as working capital need or fixed asset/ capital need or injection of capital to guide in attaining operational goal -Provided optimal advise on working capital such as spontaneous and trading assets ie. cash, stocks and receivables management.This led to efficiency in the management of debtors and receivables day on hand and to identify financial needs. -Provided strategic direction aimed at customer retention of major banks in Ghana. An estimated number of 2,000 clients were signed on just within 3 months of piloting. -Prepared business development policy guideline for various SMEs in Ghana aimed at minimizing operational cost and maximizing returns. Employing the right mix between asset and liability, debt to equity, return on asset, return on capital employed etc with aim of ensuring profitability, liquidity and capital management. -Budgeting and forecasting services for various large corporate, SME and micro-businesses. Wide expertise in cash budgeting, sales, purchases, capex etc.This helped in proper planning and management of resources.
