Advise and support Program/Project Managers with P&L, Schedule, Earned Value EV, KPI, and CPI dashboards. ? Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) ? Facilitate business analysis techniques such as interviews, focus groups, and workshops. ? Build and maintain sensitivity, scenario, trend, variance analyses; planning, modeling, budgeting & forecasting. ? Implement Project controls and corporate governance; SOX compliance. ? Effectively communicate with stakeholders including PMO, Leadership, IT, Operations, Legal, Regulatory, internal and external teams on project status and financials. ? Facilitate business development and external growth opportunities by developing of internal benchmarks and targets for key performance drivers. Perform ad-hoc analysis.
