WHAT I DO: I help Senior Business Leaders, Category and Sales managers, Business Development Executives and others leveraging Business Model Canvas to generate more profit, add more customers and increase revenue. HOW I DO IT: I provide onsite opportunity assessments, project management and workshops aimed at helping you to discover how to generate more profit for yourself using all the different Business Model Canvas levers. Having well advanced knowledge and experiences in Business Model Canvas strategy through more than 10 years of success in executing pricing projects in retail as well as contract business for multinationals.
