Need help being your business idea to marketplace?
Let me help bring your vision to reality!
My USP (Unique Selling Proposition) if you hire me is real-life practical experience. “Been there and done that.”
In Jan 2001-April 2002 I spent over 16 months researching writing and rewriting a 100+ page business plan for a retail shoe store in Scottsdale, AZ I worked one-on-one weekly with SCORE (Service Corps Of Retired Executives) collectively for over two years. Undoubtedly, the business plan process is arduous & time consuming. You must possess intrinsic passion, self-discipline and intense determination. Moreover, be able to handle rejection and “no” from lenders. Accepting risk is a must.
“The biggest risk is not taking any risk. In a world that's changing really quickly, the only strategy that is guaranteed to fail is not taking risks." Zuckerberg
Immediately following 9/11 occurred i was laid off by my employer. Unknowingly, it was the catalyst I needed to take the leap and risk to go for it!
In April 2002, I signed a 5 yr lease in 1600 sq’ brick and mortar strip mall. Only 3 yrs later in November 2005 I opened a second retail location in Tempe (6,000sq’). After many years of success I decided to sell in 2009. Both stores I personally built remain profitable and open today. Profit never loses!
I am offering individuals one-on-one help in a multitude of capacities involving business plan development sessions. No question will go unanswered to lenders.
