To whom it may concern:I highly recommend the consulting services provided by Renata and MBC. She came in and straightened out our production flow lines in a way that I had only imagined. It was like she came in and saw a string of yarn that was twisted and knotted and not quite going in the direction intended; she said fix this station here and have this person routing and all of a sudden we had a smooth flow line. People were no longer tripping over each other and production picked up and confusion blew off. We are now working on getting more bugs out of the system and even though we are down 2 full time staff I feel confident that we are going to have a very smooth tax season and our clients will be delighted at the speed of service they receive.I always had great ideas, but I could not always get them implemented.
