There is no doubt, that each business (doesn't matter he size of the business) is sometimes facing the impact of economic downturn. The question is when and how big the impact is. External business review/Independent business review will help the companies to prepare for difficult times. Business review will help to understand i) current financial performance/situation and reasons for that, ii) identify major risk, iii) propose mitigations. I gained invaluable experience working more than 7 years for advisory companies PwC and Deloitte.
