With my Masters Degree in IT/Information Systems, I have acquired the skills to enhance my experience in the areas of project development, project phases of analysis and design, and technical writing. With a key role in determining the requirements for an organization’s information systems, with stakeholders and key users, I have contributed to specifications, analysis and coordination of the design and implementation of software enhancements and maintenance with developers. My experience includes project participation in the business requirements, systems analysis and design phases.
