Althoug I am new on this site, i have about 13 years of experience in similar jobs. I did work in Automotive Industry and about six months i did draw the parts for filling and packaging machines.I did make many production drawings for parts and assemblies. I prefered work in Catia, AutoCAD and Inventor. I can provide you 3d drawing of parts and assemblies as like as and 2d drawing with measures and isometric view. I can't work with skp files.
