My greatest strength is my ability to create novel solutions to design problems and/or manufacturing (production) issues. These are arrived at by really looking at what is actually there, not what should be there, not what we would like to be there, not what is unfair because it is not there, or anything else. I listen to what others tell me and then I go look for myself. It all comes down to an ability to discriminate between extemely small differences, whether they be in a product, tooling, machine or process. Once that has been discovered and noted, the solution basically presents itself.
