Design new and improve old products, from conception through completion. Generate artwork used in screen print operation; die lines used by steel rule die manufacturers, along with detailed drawings required by production for the manufacturing of electroluminescent lamps. Participate in all level or phases of the design and construction processes nationally and internationally. Produced drawings and layouts and assisted the client throughout the projects. Created 2d and 3d models, renderings and final plant submission. Perform tests on alternative materials and processing. Submit reports detailing results. Worked with production supervisors/managers to solve manufacturing problems from a design approach. Operate all computer and CAD-related equipment. Convert Pdf files to DWG.
