-Enjoys taking a variety of development task ranging from mechanical, electrical, plumbing and even architecture and interior drafting. -Design, lay out, quantify, and prepare necessary drawings that can be used by engineers for proper documentation and preparation of material take-off. -Prepare construction design drawings for Hospitality projects such as Hotel and Restaurants, Spa, Café, Bars and Lounges.
