? Having 10 years of experience in Product design and development of Interior & Exterior Trims. ? Good experience of engineering tools: DFA, DFM, DFS. ? Good Knowledge in Plastic and Carbon Fiber components design (Design consideration & manufacturing processes), Benchmarking & VA-VE activities. ? Experience in finalizing of master sections, material selection, GD&T, DMU packaging, structural engineering, proto build issue rectification and design documentation (DFMEA). ? Knowledge of manufacturing drawing & development. ? Knowledge in PLM (MATRIX 2.2.18), Team Center, ENOVIA. ? Interaction with CAE, VI, SS, QUALITY, HVAC, NVH & ELECTRICAL for Design optimum. ? Experience in managing team of CAD engineers (3-4) for design realization and release activities.
