I worked with TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd - Technical Centre, Pune for 3 years as a Plastic Product Design Engineer. During my job I am responsible for Concept generation & development, Prototyping & its testing, 3D modeling, Detailed drawing development, Sheetmetal to Plastic conversion, 2D to 3D conversion. From last more than 1.5 years, I started providing Product Development & Professional Training on CAD/CAE/CFD to graduates & industry professionals. During my more than 5 years of experience I was part of many projects of designing & development of automobile interior & exterior injection & compression molded parts like bumpers, instrument panel, engine hood, tractor foot step, front panel etc. I worked for major OEM like TATA Motors, Ashok Leyland, MAN, John Deere etc. I can also provide support for CAE/CFD.
