• Have around 9+ years of technical & functional experience in the area of Requirement Analysis, Campaign Management and Data Mining, Application Support, Application Maintenance and Application training. • Colossal experience in Implementation, post-implementation configuration, upgrade, maintenance and functional specifications of IBM Enterprise Marketing Management Suite modules such and IBM Campaign, Interact, eMessage, Optimize and Marketing Operations. • Extensive information and understanding in the arena of business analysis and CRM consultancy • Good understanding of Data/Campaign Analyst roles and responsibilities and thorough experience in requirement analysis and change request analysis • Experience of working with the prestigious clients such as Hutchison 3G (UK), CISCO (California), HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Ausacel and Unaphone (Mexico), CCBA (China Construction Bank Hong Kong) etc. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good team leadership skills and invariably meets client expectations.
