I am a Cambridge Certified: CELTA Alumni. This Learner - Centric program promotes a stimulating learning environment to acquire skills and concepts. I lay down the essential practices for an effective lesson in any syllabus. Learners going through this curriculum are able to use the language effectively, articulate ideas effectively and acquire new skills. The program is based on the best knowledge of theory, research, and practice. I abide by the objective of the program that is to plan lessons to detail, target aims, anticipate areas of concern, learning objective and achieve the desired outcome and provide feedback sensitively. I am also a certified soft-skills trainer by GE Capital (General Electric now Genpact ) and Convergys India Gurgaon. I can instruct diverse groups and manage classrooms effectively. In January 2019 I taught English as a Second Language at the British Council, Delhi, and earned the CELTA certificate. I taught all the skills of the English language, that are, Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening The range of student levels was wide, and I planned lessons with a variety of focuses and methods. In addition to adapted coursebook materials, I employed authentic texts to target student needs. For example, my pre-intermediate group practiced difficult vowel sounds within a popular song, while my upper-intermediate group discovered the form of information questions by studying a magazine interview. My experience as an English language trainer at ‘GE' and ‘Converges' has developed in me invaluable training skills.  Running training sessions has improved my leadership abilities while supervising a multicultural staff has helped me to communicate with all kinds of people.   Thank you for reviewing my application.
