Every leader has a vision, a sense of purpose – why they do what they do. The frustrating part can be in ensuring everyone throughout an enterprise shares that sense of purpose and is doing his or her part in making it happen. When people are truly aligned – they become almost unstoppable – great cultures and leaders can be created. This is what I do. I do it from Australia.
