Develop and Implement Project Schedules: Abdullah will utilize his expertise in Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera P6 to develop comprehensive project schedules for large-scale infrastructure hydropower projects. Critical Path Analysis: Abdullah will conduct critical path analysis to identify the sequence of activities that determine the project's overall duration. Through this analysis, he will identify critical activities and their impact on project timelines. The outcome will be an accurate understanding of the critical path, enabling timely decision-making to maintain project schedules.

Resource Allocation and Optimization: Abdullah will optimize resource allocation by balancing workload and ensuring availability of resources at critical project stages. This includes managing labor, equipment, and materials to avoid bottlenecks and resource conflicts.
