My commitment can be gauged from the fact that I am an accredited holder of a 2 years Diploma degree in financial accounting as specialization from Suez Canal University. • Compile a consolidated listing of all the Company’s fixed assets. • Work with support team to implement best practices for managing and tracking capital expenditures in the Oracle Suite Fixed Asset Module. • Prepare journal entries and analyze depreciation expense on a monthly basis. • Perform month-end close processes as related to fixed asset accounting. • Provide support for audit requests and upper management. • Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system. • Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed. • Assist with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements. • Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets. • Prepare journal entries. • Accounts payable.
