Certified Salesforce.com Administrator with good knowledge & working experience on Salesforce.com CRM platfotm (Sales, Marketing, Service, Work.com, Communities & Force.com Sites) in large enterprise environments under Agile Environment. ? Around 9 years of IT Experience includes 5.5 years of experience in Customization, Administration, Deployments, Installation & Managining of 3rd Party App Exchange Applications, Support and Testing of applications on Salesforce.com and 3.5 years of experience in Maunal Testing of Web Applications. ? Good knowledge and working experience on Administrative/ Setup functionalities like Objects, Validation Rules, Workflow & Approval Processes, Security & Sharing (OWD, Role Hierarchies, Profiles, Permission Sets, Groups, Sharing Rules), Record Types, Page Layouts, User Management. ? Good experience in creating and deploying Custom Objects, Letter heads, Email Templates, Report Types, Reports, Dashboards as per the needs of the organization. ? Experienced in Data Loading Activities using Salesforce.com Import Wizards, Force.com Data Loader, Informatica Cloud, Workbench & Dataloader.io. ? Good Knowledge and understanding of Force.com platform features, Apex, Visualforce and SOQL/ SOSL. ? Experienced in installing and managing AppExchange applications. ? Experienced in deployments using Force.com Migration Tool and Change Sets includes continous integration using Jenkins, SVN, CVS, Force.com Migration Tool. ? Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, including standard objects, custom objects, object relationships, validation rules, workflows, and security controls. ? Experience defining business requirements and providing detailed Salesforce functional designs ? Experienced in Requirements Gathering, Analysis & Documenting the use cases, participated in JAD Sessions with clients/ customer groups in various projects. ? Possess excellent analytical skills with a solution oriented approach and the ability to collaborate in a team environments; Strong Project management, organization and communication skills. ? Experienced in Production Support and Development activities. ? Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills. ? Worked in Agile Environment with small and large teams having ability to multi-task and work creatively in a fast-paced environment.
