I’m Olga and I'm a certified Scrum master (PSM I) with 2 years of experience in IT outsource working with  honored teams at american startups and british enterprise. and with a long history of work at telecom.

I started my career  as a business process analyst and process approach remained with me throughout my life. I worked with scrum teams from 8 to 10 people and with big multifunctional teams of 20 people at telecom.

I specialize in building self-organized teams and leading teams to true maturity, when the teams become truly predictable, working at the heartbeat of Scrum.

I have high emotional intelligence, I "see" people and notice what's wrong at once. I have great experience in motivating people and removing impediments in their work (lack of motivation can also be a great impediment in work).

At my training I explain to the teams the necessity of fast feedback, the "pivot or persevere" principle, user story estimation principles, the approaches to product backlog prioritization.

I've worked as an agile delivery coordinator and have a proven record of increasing the teams' velocity and productivity.

I’ve been already engaged in TV, video and music streaming , internet of things , healthcare, ed tech and hotel booking domains.
