▪ Preparation of Documents BEDD, PDS, MSD, Cause and Effect Diagram.
▪ Hydraulic Calculations which include Line sizing and Pump calculation, Pump Datasheet.
▪ Preparation of line list, Equipment list, valve list and instrument list, Electrical load list.
▪ Selection and calculations of Pressure Safety Valve, Pressure Control Valves and it's Datasheet.
▪ Sizing of Pressure Vessels/Separators and Prepare the Datasheet of Vessel.
▪ Heat Exchanger design on Aspen EDR software.
▪ Knowledge of distillation column and Simulation software Aspen Hysys.
▪ Technical Documents Preparation like DQ, IQ, PQ, OQ for Industry.
▪Designing Process Equipments and It's Datasheet.
