Having detailed experience in various Greenfield/Brownfield Oil & Gas projects that includes Process Engineering, Modeling, Designing Rating of Equipment. •Developed simulations of Hydrocarbon Dew Point Control and Condensate Stabilization Unit, Dehydration unit, Flow lines and Well head using Aspen HYSYS and prepared the corresponding Process Simulations Reports. •Development of Concept and FEED package of Hydrocarbon Dew Point Control Unit & Suggested modifications in existing units and flare system. •Prepared DP/DT map and MSDs. •Equipment designing including separators, tanks, vessels sizing, heat exchangers. •Relief system design i.e. PSV map and scenario development, Relief load calculations, •Blow down rate calculations, Safety valve sizing calculations &reports, inlet line and Flare header sizing as per API standard. •Development of Cause & Effect Matrix, Alarm &Trip List, Line Index Table and Heat & Mass Balance. HAZOP Participation, worked on HAZOP Close out reports. •Preparation of design documents including control philosophies, operating manuals, concept study report development, specifications, commissioning/pre-commissioning procedures, P&IDs, PFDs, BFDs. •Preparation of Pumps, Compressors, Heat Exchangers & different field Instruments data sheets. •Utilities Calculations including Instrument/Plant Air Calculations, Power Generation Package, Potable /Raw Water Calculations, Evaporation Pond Calculations. •Cost Time Resource (CTR) & RFQ Development, lettering Pre/Post bid clarifications. •CAPEX OPEX Evaluation of different modular packaged equipment.
