My name is Nich(NICK) Neon.I am a storyboard artist,cinematographer and illustrator.My flat rate for storyboard and camera angle explanation,for any film or advertisement that is 15 minutes or less in duration is $50 for black and white frames, $75 for color.Allow 48 hours for job completion.15 to 30 minutes-$75 black and white,$100 for color.Allow 4 days.30 minutes or more-$100 black and white,$150 for color allow 7 days.These are flat rates no hourly.Time allowance includes the reading of script or treatment,and may include interpretation of characters and locations,if not specified in the script.I am currently attending the Art Institue of Philadelphia for my Bachelor's degree in Digital film making and Video production.The reason i have opted not toask for an houlrly,is that i enjoy illustrating and can recognize that every vision deserves a chance to be expressed.These are small budget friendly as well as large budget inviting.please feel free to contact me if you have any ques
