• Design, Configure, Upgrade, and troubleshoot (CUCM, IMP, CUC, UCCX, SSM On-Prem, Webex Cloud services, Webex Calling, Webex Hybrid services, Webex integration with Microsoft Teams). 

• Mixed-mode Cluster, securing (voice mail, LDAP, Conferencing, Voice GW) encrypting Jabber using SIP OAuth.

 • Single Peer and Cluster Cisco Expressway Core & Edge (MRA, B2B, WebApp over proxy). • Deploying Advanced CUCM and CUC features such as auto attendant IVR, Extension Mobility, etc. 

• Single Combined or cluster Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), CMS over Proxy, and CMS recorder.

 • Working with different video Endpoints (Webex kits & Webex Board) to work as cloud-registered, CUCM-registered, standalone, and Hybrid. • Integration with other voice vendors (AVAYA)
