? Having overall 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Services. ? Experience in Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop and PVS, Appsense, wyse, Application repackaging, AppV, VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization solutions. ? Around 4 Years of Onsite experience in Citrix solutions support, Wintel server support and VMWare Administration. ? Involved in team management and coordination between Onsite and Offshore teams ? Implementing, upgrade and Managing the Citrix Xenapp, Xendekstop and PVS : Site and Farm management, Citrix printer management, Citrix client deployment, licensing, Web Interface, store front, upgrade, vDisk management and maintenance. ? Providing oncall and level 3 supports in Citrix BAU issues.
