Activities that I have done during this period: * Quantity surveyor - prepare and analysis costs for tenders, allocating work to subcontractors * Preparatory work before starting construction sites - building estimation, quantity take off , ordering and the supply of materials for construction sites, creation of drawings details for the project. *Head of the construction sites - organization of work at the site, creation of the building site documentation, creation construction books and monitoring quantity of material and quality of works in architectural construction work, plumbing and sewerage work, electrical work and mechanical works at the site. *Finishing work - prepare handover documentation, making as-built design, control the amount of executed works, making of exhibits drawings as attachments to the building book for different kinds of work, making the final bill. *Work with different program: AutoCAD , Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift , SketchUp, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, . *Personal skills and competences: persistent in the execution of the assignment with the given schedule of works and ready to answer all tasks.
