1. Structural design- I have knowledge and experience in steel and reinforced concrete design. My designs are base on the Eurocodes and American standards for ultimate safety. My focus in this sector is to provide safe designs that are economical for the client. I deliver designs using a variety of software, including Tekla tedds, Revit, Prokon. I use AutoDesks AutoCad for structural detailing works.
2. Civil work designs- Civil works are an essential component of construction. I have experience in water engineering as well as waste water. i have worked on various projects that involved setting out ideal routes, hydraulic designs, and implementation of various stages of civil works. I also have experience in wastewater treatment units' design. The software I use for civil work designs are SewerGems, WaterGems, Civil 3D and OpenRoads.
3. Construction costs estimation- Finances dictate the success of construction projects. I provide accurate takeoffs and costing for different construction projects.
4. Project management- Knowing which resources to allocate to which stage of construction makes project execution manageable. I am skilled in project scheduling, resource allocation, and management to ensure project completion. I have mastered a variety of management software, including PrimaveraP6 and MS Excel.
