Project Management is a vital thing for any project in any given field. My expertise are in Civil Works and being an Engineer I am rendering my services to manage, supervise and progress civil sites with professional management tool such as MS Project and implementing schedules at site to deliver the project on time. My services include; Project designing, management and scheduling, contracts and BOQs, BBS, construction, scheduled site visit, monitoring and controlling, daily and weekly reports, weekly meeting and necessary coordination with stakeholder. My motto is to maintain Time, Cost and Quality of a project, which are the basics of Construction Management. We achieve this and the target is achieved.
