We will consult with companies to assist them in the migration to “cloud “Computing. We will explain that “cloud” computing is really Hosting and why it has been renamed “Cloud”. We will look at the environmental factors such as Security concerns, both physical and virtual, as well as where hosting company it physically located, the infrastructure of the hosting company the last mile of deliver back to the customer location. We will also make sure the ISP to the customer’s location will be adequate to handle the additional band width, along with assist them with the migration from their current applications to the new hosted applications. We will also explained what a S.A.S. (software as a service) is as opposed to “cloud” applications. We will also advise with contract language. We will also assist in language to make sure, backups, service level agreements, up time guarantees etc. are included in the agreement.
